We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on chiller systems and large-scale equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and work orders
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and applicable codes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in proper working condition
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (industrial experience a plus)
- Chiller experience strongly preferred (air-cooled and/or water-cooled systems)
- Experience with large commercial equipment (boilers, hydronics, cooling towers) is a plus
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
