National Mechanical Experts is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our growing operations team. This position is responsible for administering customer service agreements from setup through renewal while ensuring contract information, scheduling, billing, and customer records remain accurate.

Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer service agreements
- Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and customer account updates
- Establish preventative maintenance schedules and communicate scheduling needs with Dispatch
- Maintain equipment records and contract documentation
- Support Billing by ensuring contract information is accurate and complete
- Work closely with Operations Managers, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounting
- Generate reports and monitor upcoming contract renewals
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with contract-related inquiries
- 2+ years of contract administration or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in HVAC, construction, facilities management, or a service-based industry is preferred
